Refunds & Exchanges:

NeuroMisfit is currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase or receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

NeuroMisfit is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carrier mishandling. Once the package is shipped, it is out of our control what happens to the package. Check tracking numbers frequently, which we send to the email you provide at checkout. Make sure someone is home/able to receive the package to limit the possibility of theft. 

If your tracking number does not update within 72 hours, complete a help request form on USPS Website. After 7 days of completing the form, if the tracking is still not updated you can submit a missing mail search request on USPS Website.

Shipping Info

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

NeuroMisfit is not responsible for packages shipped back to us for insufficient address. If a package is returned to us, you will be asked to repay the shipping fee to ship back to the correct address.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. After orders are shipped, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for your package to arrive. We currently do not ship international orders, stay in touch for updates!

We are not able to give refunds for shipping if multiple orders are placed. Each individual order will have a shipping cost. If you'd like to avoid paying multiple shipping costs, be sure to order all items you want at once.

Once you submit an order, you automatically agree to all of NeuroMisfit's shop policies.
